Pentalog has its own training department: PEP (Pentalog Evolution Program), which was founded in 2003 and offers:

    All Pentalog employees benefit from regular training to keep up-to-date with new technologies, management and leadership best practices, as well as continual improvement of their communication skills.

    Various types of knowledge sharing events take place inside the company on a regular basis: Learn&Lunch, Tech Meetups, Tech Afterwork, “Consulting Days”.

  • Partnerships with Universities

    Pentalog has a great history of collaborating with universities and other academic organizations. In Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj, Iasi, Chisinau, and Orléans, Pentalog trains students remotely or in person with a professional trainer (Pentalog specialist).
