We're big on moving intentionally, responding to our customers, and innovating to meet needs they have when it comes to buying a new car. Also, we are interested in quality, and driving fast to get the right results.

We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. For us, design is part of balanced teams, and you'll work directly in a product squad.

  • You seek input on your designs from stakeholders and clients because you're a lifelong learner;
  • You stay up to date with your practice (hey, Figma pro!) and are proactive about learning the latest tools;
  • You've worked in cross-functional teams and have integrated yourself within product teams.

Responsibilities

  • The responsibility of your job will be very broad, and we will rely on your expertise to identify new prospects and spearhead crucial incremental improvements to the current experience. You will collaborate closely with your Product Manager and Engineering Manager, playing a crucial part at both the tactical and strategic levels;
  • Working together with the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to impact the top of the funnel experience.
