Therefore, Pentalog Vietnam is looking for Recruitment Executive who will be in charge of Recruitment for the Company as following:

Description:

Create recruitment announce for any required positions in English, or French;

Research CV of talent candidates from all sources/channels possible;

Collect and classify CVs that are suitable for each position;

Send online tests to candidates if necessary for pre-qualification;

Contact, make appointment/interview of candidates for Company;

Inform interview’s result to all interviewed candidates;

Follow up, organize all activities of recruitment Committee;

Make a good relationship with Universities, Institutes or Organizations of Information Technology;

Organize, participate to activities or events (career day, job fair…) related orientation of recruitment;

Join training courses of IT or professional training to improve recruitment skills;

Do weekly report about the result of recruitment;

Do monthly Newsletter to send to all candidates in database;

Carry out other tasks assigned by Leader or Director if necessary.

Requirements:

Have knowledge of the nature and characteristics of work, understand well the recruitment process;

Have experience, competences/skills on Recruitment, especially in the field of Information Technology.

Proficient in using recruitment websites or social network in order to research talent candidates, interesting profiles;

Know how to treat and keep contact well with partners or potential candidates;

Dynamic, observant, ability to organize, arrange well the work;

Know how to make plan or strategy for work;

Have a serious attitude, high responsibility in work;

Be enthusiasm, have passion, creativity in the work, and can work under high pressure.

Fluently in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing);

French is an advantage.
