Our client needs professional Senior Java Developers to join the global team for a financial enterprise.
 

Job requirements

Must have: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer; 
  • Strong and extensive experience in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, Design patterns and other computer science concepts;
  • Strong experience in Core Java (1.8 or higher), OOPS concepts, SOLID Principles and Spring framework (Core, AOP, Batch, JMS), Spring Boot and Unit Testing;
  • Experience with Microservices APIs design and development experience using Spring, Spring Boot;
  • Solid experience in Design patterns and exposure on Spring framework;
  • Good understanding of Event driven architecture using frameworks like Kafka, RabbitMQ;
  • Good understanding of database systems like NoSQL, SQL;
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes;
  • Experience with Cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE or GCP;
  • Good communication skills, problem solving and logical reasoning.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in front-end technologies such as Angularjs, Reactjs, Vuejs;
  • Having any of the below certifications: 
  • Oracle Certified Java Professional: OCJP;
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or above;
  • GCP Certified Associate or above;
  • MongoDB Associate or above.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Java/Java EE application development;
  • Building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Microservice or Event driven architecture;
  • Providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing;
  • Following coding standards to develop application code for programs;
  • Develop and execute unit tests;
  • Solve problems independently working with new technologies to create quick solutions; 
  • Peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
